Quick guide for sending samples to Luleå

If any questions arise, please call our experienced client service:

A. I need help with sampling and sample handling.

Choose type of matrix below:

B. I need sample containers and transport boxes.

C. I need an order form (mandatory)

  1. Download and fill in one of the order forms below:
  2. Print and complete the order form.
  3. Pack the completed order form together with the sample in the transport box.

D. I need a proforma (mandatory).

All white fields need to be filled in and all blue fields need to be checked and updated if needed. Do not forget to declare the Harmonized Code (HS) för each sample.

E1. I only need information where to send the sample because I use my own courier.

We recommend you to use DHL as courier when sending samples to us. The samples must be sent to the following address:

E2. I need help to transport the sample to the lab.
