New scientific article from ALS Luleå: Determination of ultra-trace level elements in complex environmental and clinical matrices
Dec 21, 2017
Research conducted at the ALS laboratory in Luleå, Sweden has to date resulted in over 100 scientific publications and more than 3000 citations. The latest article covers analysis of ultra-trace level elements by ICP-SFMS in samples characterized by complex composition of the matrix.
This article is now available for a limited period of time on elsevier.com. The performance of double focusing, sector field mass spectrometry (ICP-SFMS) for determination of ultra-trace elements, including technology critical elements (TCE) in environmental and clinical matrices was critically evaluated. Various instrumental configurations and sample preparations, pre-concentration and matrix separation methods were tested and compared.
