ALS Scandinavia AB shall maintain a high and even quality in analytical results provided by the company and shall work according to good professional practice. Hereby the company's services shall conform to a high international standard. A high technical level shall be maintained by the company's own research and development work as well as by following technical and scientific developments in analytical chemistry. The high technical level shall be combined with a high service level.

It is crucial to ALS Scandinavia that demands from clients as well as from regulations are fulfilled. The company shall neither pursue nor take part in activities that may be construed as detrimental to confidence in the competence, impartiality, judgmental ability, or integrity of the company.

ALS Scandinavia AB shall make effort to assure that all personnel are well trained and competent in the execution of their tasks. Each employee shall be aware of the importance of his/her activities for the quality of the analytical results, and promote fulfilment of this policy. All personnel shall also have access to documentation of the Quality Assurance System, be familiar with the parts that are relevant to the tasks carried out, and apply its' routines in their work.
